Join us for a fun filled afternoon with Master Chef Alfredo.  We will learn how to create the menu below and conclude by enjoying are meal together family style...all for the Good of Cocoa.

Hands-on Cooking Class 

Bellini’s Mimosa included (wine available)

Appetizer: Olive Tapenade Dish consisting of puréed or finely-chopped olives, capers, and olive oil severed with crostini 

Pasta:  Fettuccine Puttanesca hands-on experience making fettuccine pasta and puttanesca sauce (crushed tomato, capes, olives) 

Main Course:  Stuffed Eggplant with ricotta cheese fill and topped with a 

fresh marinara sauce

Join us for a special 2-hour yoga and meditation event. In the first 90 minutes, we’ll breathe, stretch, move and relax with Lorien, then sit with a guided meditation for the remaining time with Kasey. All levels and experiences are

welcome in this class!

We practice yoga and meditation to support our personal well-being and our donations benefit the Koss campaign, which supports Cocoa’s environmental well-being.

Lorraine will facilitate a program on solar by Doug Coward, Executive Director of the SELF (Solar and Energy Loan Fund) will explain an affordable way to get new roofs, solar, and other energy efficiencies in your home. SELF's mission is to help rebuild and empower underserved communities by providing access to affordable and innovative financing for sustainable property improvements including: energy efficiency; renewable energy; wind-hazard mitigation; and, water conservation.
